This brand new festival will bring music, culture and lots of FREE family fun to Portobello Harbour and Rathmines. Catch some free music on the Making Waves Stage atop a barge on Saturday from 1pm. Browse the Canal Bank Market Fair with barge trips and family activities from 11am. Head to Rathmines for an Open Air Trad Session and Ceili.
