Foodoppi’s Louise Lennox & Aisling Larkin are hosting a hands-on workshop for children where you can come and learn how to make your very own molecular gastronomy brunch. Fusing alchemy and innovation into some delicious edible science experiments with a result that looks like breakfast but tastes like dessert.
Head along and learn some key molecular gastronomy techniques and a create a weekend breakfast like never before.
